Swedish Listed Real Estate Company Recruits Ex-Minister to Board

Sweden — The former Minister for Infrastructure Catharina Elmsäter Svärd (M) is suggested to claim a seat on Catena’s board of Directors. Catena is listed on OMX Stockholm.

Catharina Elmsäter Svärd will replace Andreas Philipsson, who declined a reelection. She was the Minister for Infrastructure in the Alliance Government until the change of government in 2014.

She was also temporary the Minister of Defence when Sten Tolgfors resigned in 2012.

Catharina Elmsäter Svärd was mentioned as possible successor to Fredrik Reinfeldt, leader of the Moderate Party, but choose to leave politics completely in December.

In other news, a reelection is proposed, of Henry Klotz (Chairman), Bo Forsén, Gustaf Hermelin, Erik Paulsson and Katarina Wallin.
