Helena Knutsson has extensive experience as a corporate lawyer at Skanska and is not completely new as chief legal officer, as she held the role during the period 2012 to 2018. She succeeds Jenny Bergendorff, who recently moved on to the position of regional manager for Housing Development Stockholm.

"In recent years, our industry has had major legal and ethical challenges, such as the consequences of Covid, increased material prices and sanctions. Legal and ethical issues will continue to be high on Skanska Sweden's agenda.
