SIWI is a non-profit foundation and acts as an advisor to governments, cities and businesses worldwide. Among other things, SIWI hosts international UN programs and every year organizes the world's leading water conference, World Water Week, where the Stockholm Water Prize is awarded. The move from Östermalm will take place at the beginning of summer 2023.

"We are looking forward to the move to more modern office premises where we can continue to develop our business. The concrete sustainability initiatives are important to us, where daylight and presence-controlled lighting, flexible solutions for bicycle commuting and ambitious source sorting of waste fractions are some of the things that inspire us," says SIWI CEO Torgny Holmgren.

The disbursement authority is a new authority under formation which will begin its operations on January 1, 2024 and in connection with this the operations will be established on a separate floor in Sthlm 04. The authority's main task will be to prevent, prevent and detect incorrect payments from the welfare system.

Sthlm 04 comprises a total of approximately 12,400 square meters and now only has around 2,3000 square meters left to offer interested tenants.

"Many organizations have now put their foot down regarding how their workplace strategy affects the size, design and surrounding services of the future office. The demand for attractive premises that can meet the requirements is clearly increasing," says Caroline Andersson, leasing manager at Sthlm New.
