Lindblom joins CapMan from real estate company Nyfosa where he was responsible for the company’s asset management in the Stockholm region. Prior to this, he served as Partner at Möller & Partners, one of the leading real estate investment and asset management firms in Sweden. Altogether Lindblom has over two decades of experience from working with real estate transactions and asset management.

Ljungberg joins CapMan from real estate investment company Scius Partners where he worked as an Asset & Investment Manager, prior to which he worked as a Manager in Corporate Finance Real Estate at PwC in Stockholm. Ljungberg is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience from real estate transactions and asset management.
