Oscar Properties writes in a short press release that the bankruptcy application filed by Brf Innovationen against Oscar Properties has now been withdrawn after the two parties reached an agreement.

It was on January 5 that the company notified the market about Innovation's bankruptcy filing, since then the bank DNB has, among other things, sold a portfolio of 22 properties obtained from Oscar Properties to Erik Selin for SEK 2.2 billion (EUR 188 million).
