A fund managed by Slättö has acquired 325 apartments from Eklöf Fastigheter, which corresponds to a rentable area of almost 24,000 square meters.

"This is our first residential acquisition in almost two years. Since the beginning of 2022, we have seen increasing yield requirements in the segment. We have always had a strong belief that housing has been a good investment and the current combination of rental potential and pricing has created a good opportunity to start buying again," says Christian Bratt, Head of Residential and Partner at Slättö.

Slättö will draw up an action plan for energy efficiency measures across the entire portfolio. The assessment is that these measures will significantly improve the portfolio based on the EU's taxonomy criteria.

"The investment complements our existing portfolio in an excellent way with its central location, low vacancies and the possibility of value-creating measures in the form of energy efficiency," adds Christian Bratt.
