According to Expressen, the announcement came one hour and twenty minutes before the Stockholm district court was to announce a decision on the issue yesterday.

Dsam has thus withdrawn from the bankruptcy application for Oscar Properties. It all concerned a property deal that the company backed out of.

On Tuesday morning, Oscar Properties announces that it has decided to call for arbitration against DSAM Sweden for the return of 14 million kroner, which includes the claim for one million that DSAM Sweden asserted as the basis for its bankruptcy application against the company.

Oscar Properties is still a financially stressed company and as recently as last week, the company's outgoing CEO Carl Janglin announced that he is leaving the company with immediate effect and thus will not stay during a transition period.
