Sweden — Corem has signed a 3-year lease with WSP for approximately 1,520 square meters of office space in newly built Örebro Entré, property Olaus Petri 3:234.

Sweden — Slättö Value Add I, through the logistics platform Evolv, has divested an ongoing logistics development in Pilängen Logistics Park in Örebro to BlackRock Alternatives.

Sweden — K-Fast Kilen AB has acquired building rights for up to 300 rental apartments in Örebro. The building rights covers part of the property Örebro Almeby 12:43 and is acquired from a subsidiary to Lantmännen Fastigheter.

Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Länsgården Fastigheter AB to construct a new block comprising a healthcare center and residential care facility in Örebro. The project will be carried out in two phases with a total order value of approximately SEK 350 million.

Sweden — Catella has, through its subsidiary Infrahubs Fastighet 3 AB, signed a lease agreement with Matsmart Scandinavia AB to build and manage a new automated central warehouse of approx. 24,000 sq.m. in Örebro. The new warehouse will be ready in the spring of 2022.

Sweden — Barings, one of the world’s largest diversified real estate investment managers, announces that it has agreed to acquire in an off-market transaction a fully let prime logistics asset in Pilängen, Örebro, Sweden from a joint venture between Swedish Kvalitena AB and Norwegian Ragde Eiendom AS.

Sweden — Wilfast, together with the Norwegian investment company Ness, Risan & Partners (NRP), has acquired two logistics properties totaling approximately 25,000 square meters of lettable area. One property is located in Arlanda City and is just over 14,000 square meters and the other is in Örebro and is 10,000 square meters.

Sweden — Pelican Self Storage divests five of their eleven plants in Sweden. The plants which are concerned are located in Västerås, Örebro, Linköping, Norrköping and Åkersberga. The buyer is Shurgard, who takes over the plants including employees and customers.
