Ancore Fastigheter purchases the Argonet 7 property and parts of the Argonet 2 property. The properties combined amount to approximately 15,400 sqm and are fully leased to Ica Maxi, Jysk, Max, Circle K, among others.
 
The seller is Unibail Rodamco, that continues to own parts of Argonet 2 where Hotel Best Western Eurostop Örebro are tenants. Catella was the seller’s advisor.
 
“The acquisition is a part of Ancore Fastigheter’s strategy for long-term development and strengthening marketplaces where Ica is the main tenant,” says Lena Boberg, CEO at Ica Fastigheter.
 
Possession is scheduled for the fall of 2017 after finished land consolidation, where a part of the property is calculated to be three-dimensional.
 
After the acquisition Ancore Fastigheter has a property value of approximately EUR 633M.
