Sweden — Jan-Erik Hellman has been appointed as the new CEO of Ica Fastigheter. Jan-Erik Hellman comes most recently from Vasakronan, where he has held various leading positions since 2010, most recently as Head of Investments and Projects.

Sweden — Catena has signed an agreement with ICA Fastigheter to acquire two properties in Arendal, Gothenburg and Upplands-Bro, Stockholm, via a corporate transaction at an underlying property value of SEK 500 million before deferred taxes.

Sweden — Ica Fastigheter has entered into an agreement and taken over Alecta Fastigheter's 50 percent share in the jointly owned company Långeberga Logistik AB.

Sweden — Ica Fastigheter has purchased Ekholmen Centrum in Linköping and two adjacent plots with parking spaces. The divestment is completed through a corporation to an underlying value of approximately EUR 29M.

Sweden — Ica Fastigheter has purchased the Örnäs 1:22 property in Upplands Bro. The property, amounting to approximately 83,500 square meters, was acquired through a company purchase. The seller is Kilenkrysset.

Sweden — Ancore, owned by Ica Fastigheter and Alecta, purchases parts of Eurostop in Örebro from Unibail-Rodamco.

Norway — Ica Fastigheter is selling Ica Eiendom Norge AS, with an underlying property value of SEK 2.2 billion (EUR 224M), to Union Real Estate Fund II, a real estate fund managed by the Norwegian firm Union Eiendomskapital.

Sweden — Ica purchases 30,000 sqm from Aftén – of which 15,000 are building permissions – in Åkersberga.

Sweden — Ica Fastigheter and the First Swedish National Pension Fund (AP 1) creates Secore Fastigheter, that initially acquires 13 retail properties from Ica Fastigheter in Sweden, for MSEK 1,100 (€ 118 M).
