Ica Fastigheter Purchases Ekholmen Centrum from Agora

Sweden Sweden Ica Fastigheter has purchased Ekholmen Centrum in Linköping and two adjacent plots with parking spaces. The divestment is completed through a corporation to an underlying value of approximately EUR 29M.

2015 Agora took over Ekholmen Centrum in Linköping and has been developing the property since.
 
The property amounts to approximately 12,780 square meters and is fully leased to among others, Ica Kvantum, Willys, Systembolaget and other retail, restaurants, pharmacies, gyms and service. During 2017 Ekholmen Centrum has 2,6 million visitors.
 
“The acquisition of Ekholmen Centrum is a part of Ica Fastigheter’s strategy to purchase and continue to refine properties in city near and expansive locations,” says Lena Boberg, CEO at Ica Fastigheter.
