Ica Fastigheter has acquired two properties with the ambition to establish Maxi Ica Stormarknad, Apotek Hjärtat and future Goda Grannar. The property amounts to a total of 30,000 sqm, of which 15,000 are building permissions. The seller is Aftén Fastigheter AB.
