Sweden — Ica Fastigheter has purchased the Örnäs 1:22 property in Upplands Bro. The property, amounting to approximately 83,500 square meters, was acquired through a company purchase. The seller is Kilenkrysset.

“Upplands Bro is a significant distribution hub in Stockholm and the deal is a part of Ica Fastigheter’s long-term plan to acquire strategic locations for the future,” says Lena Boberg, CEO for Ica Fastigheter.

Possession was taken February 22nd.
