Sweden — Peab has been commissioned to handle operation and maintenance of the streets and parks in Österåker outside Stockholm. The customer is Österåker Municipality and the contract is worth SEK 100 million.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has acquired Täljöviken's conference centre in Österåker municipality and will develop it into a modern attractive F-9 (compulsory) school for about 800 students.
