Thylander Sells to AEW

Denmark Denmark — Thylander has sold a property complex in Søborg, just north of Copenhagen, with a total area of approximately 33,000 sqm. The buyer is the investment fund AEW, which has secured a number of properties with, among others, the listed pharmaceutical company Zealand Pharma and Ferrosan Medical Devices as anchor tenants.
