The properties comprise a total of 87 rental apartments and 5,018 square meters of leasable space.

The properties were completed in 2014 and 2017, and they are located in the Jätkäsaari district in Helsinki and in Matinkylä, Espoo. The assets were acquired from the Bank of Åland Residential Property Fund, and Catella acted as advisor to the seller.

The majority of the apartments are two-room apartments varying in size from 35 to 60 square metres. The properties include also a number of three-room apartments as well as some family apartments.
