Finland — YIT has signed an agreement to sell an office and logistics property to be constructed in Viinikkala, Vantaa, to Aberdeen European Balanced Property Fund, which is managed by Aberdeen Asset Management.

Denmark — Savills has advised Aberdeen Asset Management on the sale of 3 Kobmagergade (‘K3’), in the heart of Copenhagen’s luxury shopping district. The buyer is a private investor.
