The buyer is anonymous and the plans for the building are not known. According to Colliers International the building can be used both for apartments and for companies.
 
Colliers International has together with Aberdeen Asset Management advised Danica.
 
“It is a beautiful property with a great location, with easy access for both cars and pedestrians. It is a project property with various possibilities and it will be exciting to see what the buyer has in mind,” says René Neesgaard, Partner and Chief at Colliers Vejle.
