The warehouse property, which is rented to Skanska Norway, is a new building with a total area of 12,200 square meters. The property is located at Bølerveien 61 in Berger, in an area with a large number of warehouse and logistics properties.
It is Aberdeen Asset Management that, on behalf of Aberdeen Property Fund Norway, you have purchased the property. The fund is highly committed to logistics properties and wishes to increase its exposure in that segment.
”This is a property with good qualities, a solid and long-term tenant in an area we believe in. That the property was developed and built for Fabritius Gruppen AS, one of the largest players in the market for this type of property, has also been a key point in the decision to buy Bølerveien 61,” says Knut Haraldson, Fund Manager in Aberdeen.
”The property is in an area we consider to be one of the best in logistics. We have several funds and mandates that want exposure to this segment and will thus be active on the buyer side," says Jens-Petter Guthus, Head of Transactions at Aberdeen Asset Management.
Akershus Eiendom has been a broker in the transaction. Advokatfirmaet Ræder and Advokatfirma Føyen Torkildsen has been a consultant for the buyer and seller.
