Denmark — By & Havn has just decided the tender for the development of Enghave Brygge. It was AP Ejendomme took home the victory, on the basis of a beautiful architectural proposal and great sustainability ambitions, which will complete the development of the harbor stretch at Copenhagen's South Harbor. The sale of Enghave Brygge is the largest single sale in By & Havn's history.

Denmark — By & Havn hires Ingvar Sejr Hansen as new Development and Sales Director. He replaces current Development and Sales Director, Michael Soetmann, who is retiring after the summer holidays.
