Nordic — Heimstaden AB is making changes in its Management Team. Arve Regland, who has held a combined CFO position in Heimstaden AB and Fredensborg AS, will take the more strategic role as Group CFO of Fredensborg AS, as Thomas Alexander Hansen is appointed CFO of Heimstaden AB.

Sweden — Arve Regland will as of today take on the role as CFO of Heimstaden. He has and will continue to have the same role in Heimstaden’s majority owner Fredensborg AS and replaces acting CFO Magnus Nordholm who wants to focus fully on his role as CEO of Fredensborg AS and as a board member in Heimstaden.

Norway — The Board of Directors of Entra ASA has today appointed Sonja Horn as the company's new Chief Executive Officer. Horn is today EVP property management in Entra and replaces Arve Regland.

Norway — CEO Arve Regland has informed Entra's board of directors that he will resign from his position in the summer 2019. Regland is leaving Entra at his own request to take up the position as CFO in Ivar Tollefsen's Fredensborg AS.

Norway — Entra has signed a lease contract with BI Norwegian Business School for a new-built business school at Brattørkaia 16 in Trondheim. When finalised, the property will be 8,350 square meters, fully let to BI Norwegian Business School on a 20 year lease.

Norway — Entra has signed a lease contract for 4,200 sqm with Manpower in Sundtkvartalet in Oslo. Entra has also renewed and extended a lease contract with Sopra Steria AS in Biskop Gunnerusgate 14 in Oslo.

Norway — The Board of Directors of Entra ASA has appointed Arve Regland (43) as the companys new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Mr Regland has been acting CEO since February this year when the previous CEO Klaus-Anders Nysteen decided to leave Entra to take up a similar position in Lindorff Group.
