“We are very excited about the opportunity to build a new campus for BI Norwegian Business School. Together we have planned for a flexible, environment friendly building at one of the best land plots in Trondheim. The students will bring life and activity to the area and thus further enhance the attractiveness of Brattørkaia”, says CEO Arve Regland in a comment.
Brattørkaia is an old seafront harbour area, which Entra has transformed into a prime office and culture area in central Trondheim. Brattørkaia 16 has high environmental ambitions and the project aims for a Breeam Excellent classification. Construction will commence in January 2017 and the project will be finalised in the summer 2018.
“Trondheim is an important student city with proud traditions where BI Norwegian Business School - campus Trondheim has been located since 1985. In order to provide the best possible learning environment for all our students, we have chosen to co-operate with Entra and move to Brattørkaia. It is important for us that all BI campuses in Oslo, Bergen, Trondheim and Stavanger hold the same excellent standard”, says President of BI Norwegian Business School, Inge Jan Henjesand.
