- There has been a thorough recruitment process where internal and external candidates have been assessed. The Board of Directors is very satisfied that Arve Regland has accepted the position as CEO of Entra, says Chairman of the Board Siri Hatlen.

Arve Regland has been Entras Chief Financial Officer (CFO) since January 2014 and played a key role in the preparations and execution of Entras successful IPO in October 2014.

Prior to joining Entra he was partner at ABG Sundal Collier from 2004 to 2014, where he has broad experience from the real estate sector. Before that he has been working at Arthur Andersen&Co, Ernst&Young and the Oslo Stock Exchange.

He holds a MSc in Business from BI Norwegian Business School and is State Authorized Public Accountant from Norwegian School of Economics.

Arve Regland has maintained the position as CFO in his period as acting CEO.

Following todays appointment Entra will start a process to recruit a new CFO.
