Sweden — NCC has been commissioned by Bonava to build Kapellgärdet Arena, comprising 152 tenant-owner apartments in Uppsala city center. The order value is approximately EUR 26M.

Norway — Bonava has concluded an agreement for the acquisition of land from Askøy Tomteselskap. The properties are located near Kleppestø Centre and Askøybron, Norway, an area for which Bonava will pursue a zoning process to construct about 480 homes.

Sweden — Bonava has concluded an agreement for the acquisition of the Broccolin property block with 200 housing units from Gillöga.

Sweden — Bonava is selling the Tobaksmonopolet 3 property in the Södermalm district of Stockholm to CA Fastigheter and Panorama Bostad.

Finland — Bonava will develop a diversified ten-block residential area in the Ahjo-Kaleva region of Oulu in northern Finland. The project will comprise a total of 550 apartments.

Sweden — Bonava is to sell two housing projects in the Hyllie and Elinegård districts in Malmö to Willhem. At the same time Bonava sells a project in Nacka to Hefab.

Denmark — Bonava has sold a housing project in Copenhagen, Denmark, to the property company Balder for approximately MSEK 224 (€23,5M). The project consists of 74 rental apartments.
