Bonava Purchases in Bergen

Norway — Bonava has made an acquisition deal for land in Bergen at the price of approximately EUR 28M. The plan is to erect approximately 300 apartments.<br />

The property is located in the Minde area and the seller is Tine SA.

“The acquisition is in line with our strategy to increase our market share in Bergen. Minde is an attractive area where we can contribute to the continued development of a place where people will thrive and live their lives,” says Joachim Hallengren, CEO at Bonava.

The property is located in close proximity to a school, retail, gym and public transportation, with good connections to Bergen’s city center.

The start of the project is scheduled to Q1 2020 and the first occupation is scheduled for Q2 2021.
