Sweden — Joachim Hallengren has been appointed president and CEO of Svevia AB after having been appointed since June 28, 2023. He took up his new position on January 1, 2024.

Nordic — Joachim Hallengren takes a seat on the board of Aspelin Ramm Fastigheter and will contribute with solid expertise in property development and board work.

Finland — Bonava is selling 138 rental apartments in Helsinki, Finland to the investor Icecapital Housing Fund VI Ky. The housing units are expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the second quarter of 2023.

Finland — Bonava is selling 110 rental apartments to the investor Icecapital Housing Fund V in Helsinki. The housing units are expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2022.

Finland — Riku Patokoski has been appointed the new Business Unit President of Bonava Finland and member of Bonava’s Executive Management and will take office not later than 1 June 2021.

Finland — In two separate transactions, Bonava has sold a total of 131 rental apartments to the real estate fund of the investment company eQ in Turku. The two projects are expected to be handed over to the customer and recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Nordic — Joachim Hallengren will be leaving his position as President and CEO of Bonava AB. Hallengren will remain in his role during a transition period which will end at the latest when a successor takes office. The recruitment process for a new CEO will be initiated immediately.

Finland — Bonava is selling a rental project in Turku to the investor Icecapital Housing Fund V. The transaction encompasses 75 rental apartments in the new Kirstinpuisto residential area in Turku.

Norway — Bonava is selling 36 rental apartments in Bergen, Norway, to the property company Fondare. The project is expected to be recognised in profit and transferred to the customer in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Sweden — Lars Granlöf has been appointed new CFO of Bonava and will replace Ann-Sofi Danielsson, who has decided to retire.

Denmark — Bonava is selling 121 rental apartments in Østerbro, Copenhagen, to the real estate company Hines, who have acquired the asset on behalf of the Hines pan-European Core Fund (HECF).

Sweden — Bonava has become the first residential developer in Europe to receive formal approval from Science Based Targets initiative for the company's climate targets. Until 2030, Bonava will reduce the company's negative impact on the climate by 50 percent by adopting climate targets that conform to the IPCC's recommendation to limit global warming to 1.5 °C.

Nordic — Kristina Olsen has been appointed new Business Unit President of Bonava Denmark-Norway and assumed her position on October 1st.

Finland — Bonava is selling a rental project in Espoo, Finland, to the investor Icecapital Housing Fund V. The transaction encompasses 71 rental apartments in the new Vermonniitty residential area.

Norway — Bonava acquires the residential developer Urbanium AS for MNOK 608 on a cash and debt free basis. Urbanium’s business mainly consists of a land portfolio in the Oslo region. With this transaction, Bonava strengthens its position on the Norwegian market.

Finland — Bonava is selling a rental project in Helsinki to the investor Icecapital Housing Fund V. The project comprises 74 rental apartments located in the new residential area of Postipuisto, close to Central Park. The project is expected to be recognised in profit in the fourth quarter of 2020.

Nordic — Walkable and safe neighbourhoods close to green areas. That’s the recipe for having satisfied and happy neighbours. This is shown in the results of the Happy Quest survey, in which Bonava asked 8,582 people what they regard as important in their neighbourhoods. Bonava will use insights to develop the residential areas of the future.

Finland — Bonava sells a rental project in Espoo, Finland, to the investor Icecapital. The sold project consists of 52 rental apartments.

Nordic — Residential developer Bonava has appointed Carl Rietz as Senior Vice President for the new Group function Processes & Technology, with the responsibility to transform design and technology in order to increase productivity.

Norway — Bonava is selling a rental project in Bergen to a Norwegian housing company. The transaction encompasses 94 apartments and the price amounts to approximate MSEK 211 (EUR 24M).
