Bonava Sells in Bergen

Norway — Bonava is selling a rental project in Bergen to a Norwegian housing company. The transaction encompasses 94 apartments and the price amounts to approximate MSEK 211 (EUR 24M). The project is expected to be handed over to the investor and recognised in profit in the third quarter of 2020.

"Bergen is contuniung to grow, and so does the need for well-planned, affordable housing. This project will contribute to this," says Joachim Hallengren, President and CEO of Bonava.

The apartments are situated in the Sandsli area of Bergen, with proximity to public transportation, schools, day care, work places and shopping. The area also has good communications to Bergen city center.
