Denmark — Activum SG Capital Management has completed its acquisition of KPC Holding on behalf of Activum SG Fund VI and will combine the company with its peer CASA to form Denmark’s largest residential-focused construction contractor and developer.

Denmark — Casa has acquired another property in Greater Copenhagen, on which the company will develop and build homes in the coming years. This time it is a larger plot on Ejby Mosevej in Glostrup.

Denmark — Activum SG Capital Management, which focuses on turnaround and special opportunity investments in real estate, has agreed to acquire Casa, one of the largest residential developers and construction contractors in Denmark’s build-to-rent sector, on behalf of its latest fund.

Denmark — Capman Real Estate expands Bayerische Versorgungskammer’s (BVK) Danish portfolio. The new acquisition for a real estate fund managed by Universal-Investment-Luxembourg S.A. is a 37,440 sqm residential project in Kirkebjerg, Brøndby developed by Casa, who originally purchased the property in December 2019. The transaction, amounting to more than DKK 1 billion, will be one of the largest residential transactions in Denmark in 2020.

Denmark — Capman’s new value-add real estate fund CMNRE III has acquired a prominent property on Lindevangs Allé 8-12, Frederiksberg in a joint venture with property developer Casa. The transaction marks the start of a cooperation between Capman and Casa focused on transforming and developing outdated properties into modern office space.

Denmark — Curzon Capital Partners 5 Long-Life L.P., the long life core-plus fund of Tristan Capital Partners has, together with Keystone Investment Management, secured the forward purchase of a 208-unit residential scheme in Copenhagen, Denmark. The turn-key project will be constructed by Casa A/S, who has a long history of delivering high quality residential housing across Denmark.

Denmark — The private equity fund CataCap has acquired a majority share in the Horsens, Denmark based construction management company CASA A/S, and entered into a partnership with the firm’s current owners.
