Denmark — Boris Nørgaard Kjeldsen resigns with the new cooperation agreement as CEO of one of Denmark's largest private real estate companies, Dades. Executive Vice President Søren Kristiansen is promoted and will be the new CEO.

Denmark — Real Estate Company Dades invests MDKK 500 (€67M) in converting the furniture factory Gladsaxe to offices and 200 apartments. The Realtor Firm Lintrup & Norgard and Sweco Architects develop the project.
