Stensdal Group has entered into an agreement on pr. February 1, 2019 to acquire three properties from Dades. The properties are located on Oliefabriksvej, Amager, Vallensbækvej, Brøndby and Gladsaxevej, Søborg. With the acquisition, Stensdal Group adds 13,000 sqm to the Group's 104,000 sqm and thus reaches 117,000 sqm.
The properties fit well into the strategy for office and logistics properties in Greater Copenhagen.
“With this trade we get ownership of several of the kind of properties that we focus on. Properties with good infrastructure and accessibility, where we see the potential of continuing the development of the properties to the benefit of both current and future tenants ”, says Søren Stensdal, who expects much of the new properties in the portfolio.
