Dades Makes Three Purchases

Denmark — Dades has had an active week of investments where they’ve made three purchases. They started by bying the commercial property Laura hus in the Carlberg City, then bought 65 residential appartments in Koge and finished, then acquired a retail portfolio in Roskilde.

After Dades changed owners in 2015 they got new capital for investments. This week they made three new purchases.

The company acquired the commercial property Laura hus that’s being constructed in the Carlsberg City. The property will be 2,281 sqm including both offices and restaurants. The property will be finnished during 2017 and the offices will be rented to Carlsberg City.

Dades also 65 residential appartments in Koge. And a retail portfolio – with the Irma as the largest tenant – in Roskilde.
