Norway — CBRE Global Investors, on behalf of one of its pan-European Fund’s, has agreed the sale of Hieronymus Heyerdahlsgate 1, a 13,741 sqm office asset in Oslo, Norway to Ferd A/S, a family-owned Norwegian investment-company, in an off-market transaction.

Norway — NRK has entered into an agreement to sell Marienlyst (the NRK plot) to Ferd. The agreement secures NRK funding to realize a new head office. Ferd has ambitions to develop a new inclusive and creative district that combines the history of NRK with the knowledge environments.
