Nordic — The investments in building constructions in Denmark and Norway have decreased this year, while Finland and Sweden’s volumes are growing.

Finland — NCC is to build a new combined school, research, and hospital building in Turku for University Properties of Finland. The order is worth SEK 560 million (€60M).

Finland — The major development and extension of the IsoKristiina shopping centre in the heart of Lappeenranta in Finland is now completed. The project, which lasted about two and a half years, saw the old section of IsoKristiina completely refurbished, the shopping centre extended, and the adjacent Hotel Lappee connected to the centre.

Finland — The company Redito has made further real estate investments this year, in both Sweden and Finland. To strengthen the organization Emil Natanaelsson and Daniel Tabermann were hired as asset managers.

Finland — According to the RAKLI-KTI Property Barometer survey, carried out in April, yields for prime office properties in Helsinki CBD stood at 5.2 per cent on average, which is the lowest level ever since the start of the barometer in 1995.
