Denmark’s construction investments are expected to decrease considerably, while the decrease in Norway most likely is marginal. This information can be found in Industrifakta’s latest cyclical report for the Nordic construction market.

Finland’s construction investments have moved sideways for years, but have lifted this year thanks to an increased construction of premises and a growing production of apartment buildings.

The decrease in Denmark mainly affects the construction of premises, while the housing market has a more positive position thanks to recovering prices after the recent years’ crisis on the real estate market.

Within the next few years a minor development is expected in regards to Norway’s construction, and a lot points to the country’s growth being slightly weaker than its Nordic colleagues.
