Sweden — Catena has signed an agreement with DSV Road Holding A/S to acquire a property in Landskrona for SEK 2.4 billion (EUR 214 million). The acquisition expands Catena’s property portfolio by just over 180,000 sqm of logistics space.

Denmark — Catena is acquiring a Danish property in Hvidovre, an investment of DKK 420 million (EUR 56 million). The seller is Bulk Industrial Real Estate, and the tenant is Scan Global Logistics.

Sweden — The detailed development plan adopted last autumn has gained legal force and Catena is now progressing with its development of Logistics Position Sunnanå, outside Malmö, for additional companies seeking to establish operations at the site.

Sweden — To ensure that Catena’s property operations are conducted in close interaction with customers and local players, they are organised into five regions. Fredrik Renå has been appointed as the new Regional Manager for Malmö.
