Sweden — Hemfosa has acquired a total of 14 community service properties, of which nine school properties, four LSS homes and one property that houses office premises and an HVB home, in Sweden.

Sweden — Scandic has signed a new long-term lease agreement with Midroc for a new hotel in the new development in the Helsingborg harbor, expected to open in 2021. The hotel will encompass approximately 180 rooms with meeting facilities, fitness area, restaurant, bar and a sky bar.
