Wihlborgs has completed a supplementary acquisition in Denmark. The Park Allé 363 office and workshop property in Brøndby was acquired from Unipension on 31 December 2016. The property comprises a site of 20,000 sqm and a building of 3,900 sqm. The property is fully let to Pon Equipment.

In December, Wihlborgs acquired the Cylindern 2 property in Långeberga, Helsingborg, from Er-Ho Fastigheter. The property is Wihlborgs’ first in Långeberga and comprises a site of about 10,000 sqm and a warehouse and office building of about 2,200 sqm. Heras Stängsel has leased the entire property.

Wihlborgs has also signed an agreement to acquire the Ackumulatorn 15 and Ackumulatorn 17 properties in Långeberga. These properties comprise a site of about 16,800 sqm and a warehouse and office building of about 4,300 sqm, where the main tenant is Noviflora Helsingborg AB. The properties were sold by Bröderna Iborn AB and the advisor was Navet AB. Occupancy will be from 1 March 2017.

“Långeberga is a prosperous commercial area and has outstanding communication links with direct access to the European road network. These two transactions form a good base in a management area that is new for us. We hope we can expand our portfolio in Långeberga over time,” says Anders Jarl, CEO of Wihlborgs.

The total property value for these three transactions is EUR 10M. The Swedish transactions were in the form of a company acquisition.
