Kungsleden Divests Warehouse in Helsingborg for EUR 55M

Sweden Sweden Kungsleden has signed an agreement to divest the property Rausgård 22 in Helsingborg.

The property Rausgård 22 consists of 62 000 square meter of chilled and frozen warehouse.

The sale price amounts to EUR 55M after deduction of deferred tax. The buyer will access the property during the first half of 2018.
