Sweden — The Board of Directors of Castellum has appointed its current Chairman Rutger Arnhult as CEO of Castellum, taking office and replacing Biljana Pehrsson with immediate effect.

Sweden — The Board of Directors of Castellum has appointed Biljana Pehrsson as President and CEO of Castellum AB. She will take office today, 8 December. In addition, Ylva Sarby Westman, Deputy CEO and CFO of Castellum, takes the helm at Kungsleden.

Sweden — All conditions for completion of the offer have been fulfilled. Accordingly, the offer is declared unconditional in all respects and Castellum will complete the acquisition of the shares.

Sweden — The offer has, after the acceptance period that ended on 29 October 2021, been accepted by shareholders representing approximately 78.8 percent of the outstanding share capital and voting rights in Kungsleden.

Sweden — Kungsleden is leasing 2,810 sq.m. in Haninge to Dahl – Sweden’s leading HVAC wholesaler. The lease has a term of ten years and its rental value amounts to SEK 3.9 million per year.

Sweden — JM is acquiring building rights from Kungsleden for the development of around 105 residential units centrally located in Mölndal, south of Gothenburg.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed a four-year lease contract with Smart Psykiatri, which is moving into climate-smart premises in Danderyd, with a focus on re-use.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed lease contracts with Quick Office and Infor, which means that the Borgarfjord 5 property in Kista is now about 40 per cent leased. Accordingly, Kungsleden is now starting work in the a:place project, which will see the property developed into an ultra-modern, full-service office building.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed a 15-year lease contract with Northvolt for approximately 15,400 sq.m. which Kungsleden will construct at Finnslätten in Västerås. Northvolt is one of Kungsleden’s ten largest tenants.

Sweden — Moody's places the rating of Kungsleden under review for upgrade. The review follows Castellum's takeover offer announced on August 2nd regarding all shares in Kungsleden AB.

Sweden — Castellum announces a recommended public offer to the shareholders of Kungsleden, to acquire all shares in Kungsleden, with the intent to combine the two companies. The Board of Directors of Kungsleden unanimously recommends the shareholders of Kungsleden to accept the public offer made by Castellum.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed a new lease contract for 32,000 sq.m. with AA Logistik and will build a new logistics facility at Finnslätten in Västerås. Occupancy is expected in summer 2024 and the lease contract has a term of 15 years.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed an agreement with Reliwe AB to divest an undeveloped section of the Norrköping Oxelbergen 1:2 property that has been zoned for residential purposes.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed an agreement with Aroseken to divest part of the Västerås Effekten 5 property for future residential purposes.

Sweden — The collaborative project based on ideas from “Vision Finnslätten” has now been approved by the Building Committee in Västerås. Kungsleden, in cooperation with ABB, commenced the preparatory work on Vision Finnslätten in 2018 and activities are fully under way to develop a train stop, an international school and a campus area, among other features.

Sweden — Kungsleden has under its current MTN program increased an existing green bond with MSEK 300. The bond was issued at a rate of 101.166 percent, corresponding to a margin above Stibor of 1.30 percent. The bond matures in January 2027.

Sweden — JM has signed an agreement with Kungsleden AB to acquire the property Västerås Isolatorn 12. The deal is worth approximately SEK 120 million.

Sweden — During its MTN program, Kungsleden has issued a new green bond by SEK 300 million. The loan has a maturity of 6 years and was issued at the spread 1.5 percent over Stibor. At the same time, Kungsleden has repurchased short-term bonds with maturity as of September and October of the current year and bonds with maturity as of March 2022 for a total notional amount of SEK 187 million.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed another lease contract for the office project Eden in Hyllie outside Malmö comprising a seven-year lease with Diaverum, provider of renal care services, for 2,185 sq.m. As a result, Eden is now 85 per cent leased.
