“We are now starting work on a:place, a full-service building in a prime location near Kistagången and a future stop on the Tvärbanan tram line. We are delighted to welcome two tenants that truly believe in this project,” says Sven Stork, Regional Manager at Kungsleden.

A:place is designed to make everyday life easier for tenants by bridging the gap between private and work life. The building will be equipped with all the facilities needed for a modern working life and feature a strategic location with good transport links and easy access to various restaurants and services.

“Our tenants are looking for sustainable offices with a wide range of services and flexibility, and a:place will therefore feature a concierge service, gym, catering and inspirational communal areas,” says Sven Stork.

Kungsleden has signed two long-term leases with the service provider Quick Office and the software company Infor, which means that work on the project can now commence. Quick Office runs a co-working space in the recently opened Eden property in Hyllie, Malmö, Kungsleden’s first new production property. Quick Office also runs a serviced office at Kungsleden’s properties in Danderyd, Stockholm.

“We have an excellent partnership with Kungsleden and look forward to being involved in the development of a:place, where we intend to create a space focused on people and well-being,” says Niklas Lénart, founder and CEO of Quick Office.

The project will involve the reconstruction of some 10,000 sq.m. of office space and an investment of approximately SEK 160 million. The first tenants are expected to move in during summer 2022.
