Sweden — Kungsleden has signed four lease contracts in Kista for a total of approximately 2,000 sq.m. The lighting company Signify, medical device company Swereco, digital media company Dicentia and technology company Now Electronics have all chosen Kungsleden in Kista.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed a six-year lease contract with the Swedish Transport Administration, which will now move in to 900 sq.m. of office space in central Växjö.

Sweden — The Eden development project in Malmö’s Hyllie district is Kungsleden’s first Symbiotic Building and will be one of Europe’s most innovative properties aimed at health and well-being. Kungsleden has now initiated a partnership with communications operator ViaEuropa, which will supply world-leading technology to the project.

Sweden — Kungsleden is leasing 7,695 sq.m. in Nyköping in the Ribban 5 and Gumsbacken 12 properties. Nyköping will receive its first padel centre through the PDL Group, Återvinningen is moving in and Ahlsell is moving to larger premises.

Sweden — During the spring, Kungsleden has signed six new lease contracts in the Kista One and Keflavik 1 properties in Kista. As a result of these leases, Kungsleden is extending its relationship with one existing tenant and welcoming five new tenants.

Sweden — Kungsleden is extending its customer relationship with online retailer Nelly in Borås through a five-year lease contract in the Spindeln 12 property in Borås. The lease contract comprises approximately 3,600 sqm of offices and studio premises. Nelly’s premises will also be modernised.

Sweden — Ylva Sarby Westman is to be the new CFO of Kungsleden. She will remain the Group’s Deputy CEO. At the same time, Kungsleden’s management team will be strengthened by the addition of Fredrik Sandell, the company’s current Treasurer.

Sweden — Kungsleden has signed a 12-year contract with the Swedish Performing Arts Agency (Musikverket) for approximately 2,900 sq.m. in the Stettin 6 property in Gärdet, Stockholm. The lease contract corresponds to an annual rental value of approximately SEK 12 million.

Sweden — Swedbank’s Nomination Committee proposes Kungsleden's CEO Biljana Pehrsson as a new board member of Swedbank. The election takes place at Swedbank's Annual General Meeting on 26 March.
