“I am extremely pleased that the Swedish Performing Arts Agency has chosen Kungsleden. Gärdet is a very exciting urban development area with a steadily increasing demand for premises. There is plenty of interest in our property and the occupancy rate is currently 74 per cent,” says Sven Stork, Regional Manager Stockholm at Kungsleden.
The Swedish Performing Arts Agency is a centre for cultural heritage and cultural life in music, theatre and dance.
“I am delighted that the Swedish Performing Arts Agency has, after much searching, signed this long-term lease for new, attractive premises for its archive and library activities. I am convinced that this location, close to several other institutions with which we cooperate, will be a good solution for our patrons, researchers and other users. We are really looking forward to the move,” says Gerhard Kunosson, Director-General of the Swedish Performing Arts Agency.
Stettin 6 on Tegeluddsvägen 100 is part of Kungsleden’s Stockholm City East cluster, which comprises four properties with a total of 90,000 sq.m. Tenants of and visitors to Stettin 6 are welcomed by a large atrium forming an extension to the entrance. Its generous ceiling height offers a feeling of both space and the outdoors. The design of the building allows for everything from co-working and traditional offices to activity-based areas. The Eatery chain is opening a restaurant in May 2020 and will staff the building’s reception, which will offer various services to Kungsleden’s tenants.
The Agency is expected to move into the building in June 2021
