Sweden — The highly debated Swedish transaction market has been healthy all the way through the last years – despite the slowdown – and foreign buyers have misjudged the whole situation. This is the opinion of the renowned panel – consisting of Stefan Dahlbo, Anneli Jansson, Sven-Olof Johansson, Joacim Sjöberg and Theodor Jarnhammar – who discussed the issue during the event Stora Kontorsdagen and who see signs of increased activity in the future.
