Sweden — The Board of Nyfosa has appointed Stina Lindh Hök as new CEO of Nyfosa AB. She will replace Jens Engwall who has been the company’s CEO since the spin-off from Hemfosa in autumn 2018.

Sweden — On January 17 Nyfosa signed a letter of intent with SBB regarding the acquisition of property portfolios with a total value of approximately SEK 8 billion. Nyfosa has decided to postpone this acquisition until further notice due to the changes in market conditions.

Sweden — Nyfosa has established a new financial target, a new dividend policy, and updated its business concept and vision. The basic premise is that the company will continue to create value and generate sustainable cash flows with transaction-based operations and an opportunistic approach.

Sweden — Ilija Batljan's Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget (SBB) announces a recommended public offer to the shareholders of Hemfosa to acquire all the common shares and preference shares. The common shares and preference shares in Hemfosa are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap. SBB’s Class B common shares and Class D common shares are admitted to trading on Nasdaq Stockholm, Large Cap.

Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement with Nyfosa's joint venture Söderport Holding AB to acquire 10 properties at a value of MSEK 214. Söderport Holding AB is equally owned by Nyfosa and Sagax.

Sweden — Nyfosa has signed an agreement with Klövern to acquire a property portfolio at a total value of SEK 1.570 billion in southern Sweden. The acquisition consists of a portfolio of 21 commercial properties.

Sweden — The Board of Hemfosa has decided to propose that an Extraordinary General Meeting of Hemfosa on September 13, 2018 resolve to distribute all of the shares in the wholly owned subsidiary Nyfosa, which comprises the company’s portfolio of commercial property.

Sweden — Hemfosa acquires a portfolio from Starwood and Scius Partners for SEK 3.6 billion (EUR 349M), the largest Swedish transaction of 2018 this far. The 51 properties are to be part of the newformed company Nyfosa.

Sweden — Hemfosa has signed an agreement to acquire a property portfolio in Sweden with a value of about EUR 106M. The portfolio consists of seven properties comprising predominantly office premises with tenants in the community services sector.

Sweden — Hemfosa has acquired a total of 14 community service properties. The total property value amounts to MSEK 390 and the properties are fully leased to tenants in the community services sector.

Sweden — Hemfosa has acquired a total of 14 community service properties, of which nine school properties, four LSS homes and one property that houses office premises and an HVB home, in Sweden.

Norway — Hemfosa has acquired Aspelin Ramm’s ownership stake of 35 percent in Gardermoen Campus Utvikling AS (GCU), a joint venture that has built a specialist hospital and a local medical center in the center of excellence for health services and medical care being established near Gardermoen Airport.

Norway — Hemfosa acquires the remaining holding of 35 percent in the existing Gardermoen Campus Utvikling AS, GCU, which has been a joint venture with the property development company Aspelin Ramm Eiendom AS.

Sweden — Hemfosa Fastigheter has appointed Joacim Sjöberg Executive Vice President of Hemfosa Fastigheter AB. This appointment is an additional step in the company's efforts to strengthen its Executive Management Team and ensure long-term, controlled succession planning following the departure of Jens Engwall, who plans to step down from his operational role prior to the end of 2017.

Sweden — Hemfosa is strengthening its transaction department through the recruitment of an additional experienced employee. Jonny Göthberg will complement the company's transaction team by contributing wide-ranging transaction expertise, particularly in community service properties, combined with experience of business development and property management.

Norway — Hemfosa is acquiring the Statens Park area in the Municipality of Tønsberg, south of Oslo, in a transaction that includes nine properties and a parking garage. The underlying property value is MSEK 420 (€ 46 M).

Norway — In October 2015, Hemfosa's and Aspelin Ramm`s joint venture Gardermoen Campus Utvikling (GCU) signed an agreement to develop a local medical center on Gardermoen Campus near Oslo, Norway, adjacent to the specialist hospital the company began building in September of this year. The local medical center, or Helsehus, is now fully leased and its future tenants include a healthcare operation for inhabitants of four neighboring municipalities.

Sweden — Lars Thagesson, COO and one of Hemfosa's founders, will transition to a role as external adviser to the company. At the same time, Karim Sahibzada, Head of Legal and also a co-founder of Hemfosa, will leave the Group to pursue other opportunities.

Sweden — Hemfosa has acquired the community service property in Karlstad with Internationella Engelska Skolan as tenant. The seller is Karlstad municipality.

Norway — Hemfosa Fastigheter acquires additional community service properties in Norway for approximately €30,8M.
