Nyfosa has signed an agreement with Nyfosa's joint venture Söderport Holding AB to acquire 10 properties at a value of MSEK 214. Söderport Holding AB is equally owned by Nyfosa and Sagax.
The properties have a total area of 64,600 square meters and the rental value is MSEK. The properties are located in Filipstad, Kumla, Kungsör, Oskarshamn, Piteå and Sandviken.
The acquisitions are made at externally assessed market value. The transfers take place in corporate form. Financial closing date for the properties was October 1st, 2019.
