The properties have an area of approximately 123,000 square meters in total with annual rental income including vacancy rents of SEK 139.5 million. The properties are located in Örebro, Malmö, Växjö and Haninge with focus on Örebro. The tenants are among others JF Hillebrand Logistics AB, WSP Sverige AB and Bioglan AB, and the average remaining lease term amounts to 4.5 years. The occupancy rate amounts to 93 percent. Closing date will be on August 30, 2019. The intention is to finance the acquisition through a new credit facility.

Malmö - Brudbuketten 11, Getingen 5, Lillgrund 5 and Spindeln 2.
Haninge - Jordbromalm 6:3, Jordbromalm 6:20 and Jordbromalm 6:76.
Växjö - Sunaman 5.
