Sweden — Areim and Sweco have signed a 10-year lease agreement for 20,000 sqm of lettable area in Trängkåren 6 in Tidningskvarteren, Stockholm. Sweco has thus chosen to remain in Areim’s property, which will undergo sustainable adaptions to meet the company’s current and future needs for its head office.

Sweden — Areim and real estate funds managed by Blackstone have divested the property Lysbomben 5 to Axfast AB, a Swedish family-owned property company. The property is a 16,000 sqm office asset, located on Kungsholmen in central Stockholm.
