Knut Rost to step down as CEO of Diös

When he took up his position in March 2014, the parties agreed on an employment agreement that applies until the turn of the year 2024. Diös Buys Portfolio from Castellum for EUR 460M

Sweden Sweden — Diös has entered into an agreement to acquire a property portfolio from Castellum for SEK 4.5 billion (EUR 460M), considered a valuation of deferred tax liabilities of SEK 0.1 billion (EUR 10M). In order to partly finance the acquisition, Diös’ Board of Directors proposes to the extraordinary general meeting to resolve on a rights issue with preferential rights for the company’s existing shareholders, and to authorise the Board of Directors to resolve on the final terms of the issue.
