The sellers are Skellefteå County, Fastighets AB Polaris (Skellefteå County’s Business and Industrial Real Estate Company) and Skellefteå Kraft.

The properties consist of 60 percent office spaces, 19 percent hotels and 21 percent other. The largest tenants are Skellefteå County, Scandic Hotels and Tieto. The average contract stretches to 6,1 years.
