How Diös wants to continue growing in Northern Sweden

Diös acquires properties for EUR 81 million in Luleå and Gävle

Sweden Sweden — Diös is strengthening its position in Luleå and Gävle by acquiring six centrally located office properties totalling 52,000 square meters from Nyfosa. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 940 million (EUR 81 million), and the transfer of ownership is expected to take place on November 15, 2024.

Diös announces changes to Executive Management group

Sweden Sweden — After almost nine years in the company, Diös Head of Communications & Digitization, Mia Forsgren, will leave the company to take on new challenges. She started as Head of Communications at Diös with the task of strengthening the company's brand. In addition to the communications assignment, she is responsible for Diös’ digital development and a member of the Executive Management group. Mia Forsgren will leave in the fall of 2024.

Diös divests properties in five cities

Sweden Sweden — Diös divests ten properties in five cities including housing, light industry, commerce and offices. This is done through three different transactions, which take place in line with the company's strategy. The total leasable area of the divested the properties correspond to approximately 57,000 square meters and the total sales price amounts to SEK 452 MSEK (EUR 39 million).

Knut Rost to step down as CEO of Diös
