Sweden — The Ax:son Johnson family's investment company Nordstjernan has sold all its shares in Diös. From having been the fourth largest owner with 5.8 percent of the votes, they have now completely left the company.

Sweden — Diös expands Skellefteå portfolio with acquisition from Active Fastighet.

Sweden — Diös is selling a number of retail properties with a property value of SEK 737 million in Gävle, Falun, Umeå and Skellefteå to Point Properties AB. Through the sale, Diös is optimizing its portfolio in each city and creating the conditions for further growth and acquisitions. Transfer of ownership will take place 1st June 2022.

Sweden — Diös acquires three properties in central Skellefteå, which contain residential and commercial premises as well as residential building rights. The acquisition is part of the company's strategic plan to strengthen its presence in the city. The underlying property value amounts to a total of SEK 118 million.

Sweden — Diös acquires 12 properties in Borlänge and Falun. The properties contain residential, one hotel and commerical premises and complement the company’s existing portfolio. The property value amounts to a total of SEK 564 million and the seller is Mecastell Förvaltnings AB
